We just did tours around Uluru, Kara Tjuta & Kings Canyon including transfers to & from Alice Springs. All this was made so much more enjoyable by the great attention from coach drivers & tour guides Dylan, Pete & Dave. Thank you

Kayla, our tour guide on two of the three included tours, was amazing! Friendly, informative, and fun! The tours were great, and the hotel was good. Our one complaint is that our hotel was switched from Desert Gardens to Sails in the Desert, and no one from Viator notified us of the change.

We booked this from UK and made a good choice. It included our internal flights and transfers. Not cheap but well worth the money. AAT Kings are a good operation and everything worked according to programme mostly. Choice of hotels were good, although not that much to chase from. Our coach driver from Alice Springs was Katherine and she was a safe, jovial and informative driver. We had her on most of our trips and is highly recommended. We were upgraded at from one hotel to another in the resort and would have preferred to stay at the Outbank Pioneer instead of the more expensive where we ended up. But it was just one night. One trip to Uluru for sunrise the bus was 25 minutes late. No one would tell us why and it meant that a great rush when it finally arrived, no time for a leisurely coffee at the Rock and all the best viewing places were taken. As a person who has a walking fast problem in my leg, I was left behind in the rush. We commented on this to Stacey at the ATT Kings desk in the Info Centre but all she said was "Well you got there" as if it did not matter about us being late, and no concern expressed for my painful leg. We found out later that the bus had had a puncture was not allowed to change to an available bus and had to wait for a tyre change. So we were left waiting at 0500. Not fun when we were missing breakfast too. This was the only lack of customer care we experienced. So this stops AAT Kings getting 5 stars otherwise a good company.

We really enjoyed the trip. The guides were very knowledgeable and efficient. We stay at the outback pioneer hotel and the room was very comfortable.

Really interesting sights and a bit off the beaten track the visit of Kings Canyon and less touristy and was my highlight... great views and unseen scenery.

The tours are really well run, on time, the guides are helpful and cheerful, and the company is both generous and thoughtful wine and bites is really generous, cold towels after a walk in the heat, etc..

All in all, a beautiful and effortless way to visit the area with a touch of luxury!
